Transplanting Clones

Updated: Jun 29, 2021

After cutting the clones and placing the stems in grow cubes, allow them to develop roots and transplant the cubes into soiled pots. Make sure all clones are labeled and dated.

Add soil to a small pot, filling it halfway, and packing it in with your fist. Then, take the cube with the plant in it and soak the tip of the cannabis plant for five seconds, giving it a swirl into a plant vitamin solution/ water mixture, avoid cross-contaminating the roots. Any clones with stems that do not stand or has no roots (it falls out of the cube easily), discard.

Mix the nutrient-rich soil with perlite and coco. Press the soil down firmly, filling the pot so there is no air bubble. Take your thumb and press down on the edge of the soil, so the plant is slightly mounted.

Place the clone in a tray, making sure to tag the tray. Congratulations, you have now transplanted your clone! Afterward, water thoroughly.
