Caribbean Creme
Recommended with fish, chicken, vegetables, and mixed in curries. 420 Hot Sauce is made with coconut oil and has a thick creamy texture when stored in the refrigerator. It can be used as a dip for pita bread or chips. Rich in flavor, this is the perfect hot sauce to celebrate 4/20/2021.

Ingredients:
6 Cups Coconut Oil
2 Oz trim
3 Mangos
6 Habaneros
1 Jalapeno
1 piece Ginger
2 tbs Brown Sugar
1 tsp Salt
1 cup chopped Carrots
2tsp Olive Oil
1/4 cup White Vinegar
Decraboxylate the Cannabis- Heat the oven to 250° F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place trim evenly. Cook for 25 min. Strain into a dish, pushing out liquid with a wooden spoon.
Double Boil Defused Coconut Oil- Using a deep pan, fill it up with water to 2/3rds full. Wait till water boils, then bring to a simmer and place a small pan (bowl, etc.) on top. Pour in coconut oil. Stir in trim and cover for 8 hours.
Bake the Habanero, Jalapeño and Garlic- Cut the peppers in half, peel and smash the garlic, and put on a lined baking tray. Pour olive oil on top and place in the oven for 25 minutes or until crisp.
Simmer the Sauce- In the deep pan, mix THC-infused coconut oil with all the ingredients. Let simmer for 25-30 minutes. Let Cool.
Blend- Blend ingredients in a blender until smooth and then bottle.
420 Caribbean Creme has a smooth texture due to its coconut oil based. Olive oil can replace coconut oil for a more liquid consistency.
Serve Responsibly.
